Terms and Conditions
Conditions for using the website and community spaces enabled during the development of Zelene.
Purpose of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Zelene's official website (zelene.org), its informational content, and the features actually enabled at each development stage.
Zelene is a community-origin technology project under development. The products and services described in the whitepaper, roadmap, and other materials may be planned, under development, undergoing testing, or not yet available. Their publication does not constitute an offer of immediate access or guarantee launch on a particular date.
When specific products, campaigns, or services become available, additional terms may be published and should be reviewed before participating in or using them.
Who we are and how to contact us
Zelene is a community-origin digital ecosystem launched in 2026, designed for creators and communities. During its initial stage, various contributors take part in the project's design, coordination, and technical development.
A gradual transition toward community governance through Zelene DAO is envisaged. Reference to this initiative does not mean that the DAO is currently established or operational, or that a legal entity bearing this name exists by that fact alone.
For questions about the website and these Terms, use the contact channels published at zelene.org. Verify official channels before sharing information or performing any transaction.
Acceptance of the terms
Use of the website is subject to these Terms and applicable rules. Before using forms, taking part in activities, or accessing specific services, review the relevant conditions.
Browsing public pages does not replace any express consent or acceptance that may be legally required, for example for personal data processing or participation in a future service.
If you do not agree with the conditions applicable to a particular feature, you must refrain from using it.
Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, interfaces, documentation, code, and other materials related to Zelene may be protected by the rights of their respective owners.
Contributions by community members and third-party developments are subject to the applicable permissions, licenses, or agreements. When software is published under open-source licenses, its use, modification, and distribution are governed by those licenses.
Community participation does not automatically transfer copyrights, intellectual property rights, or ownership of contributed materials, nor does it grant a general license to use others' brands or identities.
Content or distinctive signs must not be presented as though permission, collaboration, or endorsement had been granted when it has not.
Information and availability
The website provides information about a project under development. Descriptions of future features, milestones, timelines, partnerships, or integrations are goals subject to technical, operational, regulatory, and community changes.
Those responsible for the website may correct, expand, or update its content. Dates and conditions for services not yet available will be confirmed through official channels where appropriate.
Blockchain, ZEL token, and wallets
ZEL is a utility token based on the Solana SPL standard. Holding it does not represent shares, equity interests, or ownership rights in Zelene or related entities, and does not confer dividends, interest, or rights to the ecosystem's revenues, profits, or assets.
The availability of ZEL does not guarantee liquidity, listing, trading volume, conversion at a predetermined value, or returns. Nor is any peg to USDC, SOL, or fiat currencies guaranteed. Zelene does not contemplate official buyback or burning mechanisms intended to support the token's price.
Blockchain transactions may be public and irreversible and involve fees, technological risks, address errors, third parties, regulatory changes, or market conditions. Each user is responsible for verifying addresses, network, amount, and permissions before approving a transaction, and safeguarding their private keys and recovery phrases. Never share them through forms or messages.
The Fair Launch of ZEL is planned through Meteora DAMM v2 and Alpha Vault FCFS, with ZEL/USDC as the launch pair. Dates, fees, price, participation criteria, potential restrictions, and the claim schedule will be officially published before it becomes available. Participation, when available, will be governed by its specific terms.
Use of channels and community spaces
Participation in enabled community channels, discussion spaces, comments, or interactive features is subject to their specific rules and applicable law.
Posting unlawful, misleading, malicious, threatening, or discriminatory content, or content that infringes others' privacy or rights, is prohibited. Those responsible for administering a space may take proportionate moderation measures permitted by applicable law.
Participation in a community channel does not imply official representation of the project or authorization to make offers, economic promises, or communications on Zelene's behalf.
Community participation and Zellers
Zellers brings together people interested in contributing knowledge, ideas, and work to initiatives linked to the Zelene ecosystem. Expressions-of-interest forms available on the website are used to receive and manage collaboration proposals.
Submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee acceptance, joining a team, receiving a work assignment, or access to project resources. It does not, by itself, create an employment, contractual, corporate, or representative relationship.
Community participation does not automatically entitle anyone to compensation, ZEL allocations, or other economic benefits. Where a collaboration has specific conditions, these must be separately agreed and communicated, in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Accounts and security
The informational website can be used without an account on the future platform, except for features that expressly state otherwise. If accounts or wallet connections are enabled at later stages, the applicable terms will be communicated before use.
For features requiring credentials or a wallet connection, users must protect their devices and authorizations, provide accurate information where necessary, and report possible unauthorized access through official channels.
Third-party services and websites
The website may include links or integrations with block explorers, social media, wallet services, infrastructure providers, and other third parties, such as Solana or Meteora. These third parties maintain their own terms of service and privacy policies.
External links do not necessarily imply affiliation, sponsorship, or any guarantee of availability, security, or content. Always verify the official address before connecting or making a transaction.
Data mining, scraping, and automated use
Attacks, intentional flooding of forms, mass submission of fraudulent requests, circumvention of security mechanisms, unauthorized extraction of personal data, and other activities that compromise the website's availability or integrity are prohibited.
Automated collection of content or data is subject to applicable permissions, licenses, and technical limits, without preventing uses authorized by law or relevant open-source licenses.
Personal data
Personal information provided through currently enabled features, including the Zellers expression-of-interest form, will be processed to manage received requests and communicate with interested persons in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
That policy must identify the data controller and explain the categories of data collected, purposes and legal bases, retention periods, recipients where applicable, and mechanisms for exercising personal data rights.
An application to participate does not, by itself, authorize other undisclosed processing. Descriptions of processing must match the website's actual processes and storage infrastructure.
Links to Zelene
Links to public Zelene pages are permitted when made lawfully and without creating a misleading appearance of official representation, collaboration, or approval. Third-party materials and use of trademarks are subject to their respective rights and licenses.
Liability and limitations
The informational website and features under development may experience errors, interruptions, or changes. Blockchain services, wallets, and external infrastructure entail risks independent of those who administer the website.
Potential liability for damage or noncompliance rests with the individuals or entities legally responsible for the acts and specific services, under applicable law. Nothing herein seeks to exclude liability that cannot be waived or to limit rights granted to users or consumers by law.
Changes to these terms
Those responsible for publishing the website may update these Terms to reflect operational, technical, community, or legal changes. The revision date will be indicated and, where applicable, material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
Changes, suspension, or withdrawal of features
Website features and services added later may be modified, limited, suspended, or withdrawn for maintenance, security, legal reasons, technical issues, or development decisions. Continuous availability is not guaranteed, without prejudice to enforceable obligations concerning a particular service.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted under the law applicable to the party actually responsible for each service and the mandatory rules relevant to users' circumstances. Disputes will be handled by the competent authorities in accordance with the law.
